COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Itt Torque Systems MH2130-235D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sankyo-Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Atm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo-Seiki such as the MF501NS302KNN04 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD112BN030N2L130PA0 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M63B4 by Manufacturer Atm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD112DN015N2M130PB1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hallmark-Industries such as MD0090XC equipment made by Hallmark-Industries have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hallmark-Industries products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hallmark-Industries" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M63C2 made by Lenze as well as the popular MA100LA4B5 original spares produced by Marrelli Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M238H50A300YAK by Gettys and MD0090XC spares by Hallmark-Industries are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MFB10UY31 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers. |
